Sometimes you cannot beat, just picking up the phone and speaking to a real person and in a lot of cases we prefer it that way. Whatever the nature of your inquiry, from a simple hire of a particular item, to a large scale production quotation, we will be only too happy to discuss it with you over the phone.
We take a lot of pride in looking after our clients and after sales service is all part of the process. Even if your call is not in direct relation to working with us, we our still more than happy to offer technical expertise and guidance where appropriate.
Our hire stock is kept in a very good condition and is complemented with cables of a very high standard for which we have earned an excellent reputation.
We have built up, over the years, some excellent trade relations with fellow production companies as well as trade suppliers and manufacturers. This enables us to be extremely competitive on sales as well as quotation for future events. We also rest easy with the knowledge of excellent backup, should the need ever arise, for any situation we might come across on site/location, with our clients.
The phones are always on and we appreciate the pressures some of our clients get put under. We are firm believers in solving your problems and not creating them as well as finding the time to explain our ideas in laymen terms.
Our clients are always more than welcome to discuss discounts with us, although we cannot guarantee a positive response. We will however, always give Internet inquiries an automatic 15% off across the board.
The last point, has to be that, if we feel we cannot help you, and it does happen, we are able to use our resource of good business connections and pass you onto someone who can, who we know has a reputable background and good trading history.
